Net Ctrip acts as a travel agent, enabling transactions either directly with us or with certain third-party suppliers. Please note that some of the content and services available through us are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for any material or information supplied by them.

Where Net Ctrip facilitates transactions with third-party suppliers, we do not take responsibility for those third parties or the goods and services they provide. Airlines and other travel providers may have specific terms and conditions for their services. It is important that you carefully read all applicable terms and conditions related to your booking before finalizing your travel arrangements.

1.General Provisions

By making a booking with Net Ctrip, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our terms and conditions, either as an individual or on behalf of those listed in the booking. You must not proceed with any booking unless you accept these terms and conditions. References to "we," "our," and "us" throughout these terms refer to Net Ctrip.

Net Ctrip does not endorse or recommend any specific travel service provider. While we take care to ensure the accuracy of information provided by third parties, it may be subject to change without notice.

2.Passports & Visas

When booking international travel, it is assumed that you possess a valid passport with at least six months' validity from your return date. If this is not the case, please inform us, and we can assist with obtaining one.

It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure they have the correct visa and entry permits required by the destination country’s immigration and other authorities. Any penalties, fines, or expenses incurred for failing to meet these requirements are the traveller's responsibility. Net Ctrip can provide general visa information or refer you to third-party visa services if needed.

For UK passport holders entering the United States, a valid ESTA (or visa) is required. For more information on the compulsory pre-registration for the U.S. Visa Waiver Program (ESTA), visit [https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov](https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov).

3.Travel Insurance

Net Ctrip requires that you have suitable travel insurance to cover your travel plans when making a booking with us.

4.Payments and Pricing

All prices are subject to availability and can change until booked, paid in full, and ticketed.

5.Prices Do Not Include:

- Personal expenses (such as phone calls, alcoholic beverages, gratuities, etc.).
- Transportation from your home to your departure point, unless specified.

6.Credit Card Payments:

Credit card payments may take up to 48 hours to process. If payment is unsuccessful, you agree to pay any outstanding amounts immediately upon demand. You also indemnify Net Ctrip for any loss incurred if your card or account becomes compromised.

As Net Ctrip acts as an agent for third-party suppliers, when you make a payment through Net Ctrip, these funds are then forwarded to the supplier. In the event of supplier insolvency, Net Ctrip is not responsible for recovering any payments made.

7.Payments by Direct Deposit:

Direct deposit payments can take up to three business days to process, so payment should be made at least three days before the due date. You must notify your travel manager once payment has been made, along with a copy of the receipt.

8.Amendments and Cancellation Fees

- Booking and service fees are non-refundable.
- Any changes or cancellations made through Net Ctrip may incur a fee, which is separate from those charged by suppliers or third parties.

9. Amendment Fees

Net Ctrip reserves the right to charge a fee for changes made to bookings.

10. Cancellation Fees

Net Ctrip reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for international departures, in addition to any fees imposed by suppliers or wholesalers, which could include the loss of the full amount paid. Refunds from suppliers may take up to 12 weeks to process.

Please note that certain travel suppliers treat passenger name changes and itinerary alterations as cancellations, which may incur full cancellation charges.

Many cancellation costs can be claimed against your travel insurance. Therefore, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

11.Responsibilities

All travel documents are issued according to the terms and conditions of suppliers. Aside from any rights under applicable laws that cannot be excluded, Net Ctrip and its affiliates are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of our services.

Net Ctrip’s role is limited to facilitating your booking and providing the relevant documentation. We accept liability only for technical errors or failures directly related to our services. We do not accept responsibility for any failures or delays caused by third parties, such as airlines or other travel providers.

Where refunds are due from third-party suppliers, Net Ctrip will assist in recovering funds, but we are not responsible for direct, indirect, or consequential damages, including lost profits or savings.

12.Validity of Prices & Information

Net Ctrip strives to provide accurate information, but prices and details are subject to availability and may change without notice. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, prices are not guaranteed until full payment is made, and documents are issued.

13.Departure Times and Flight Numbers

Although most airlines do not require reconfirmation of departure times and flight numbers, Net Ctrip recommends confirming your flight 72 hours before departure. We are not responsible for any changes made by airlines.

14.Frequent Flyers

If you are a member of a frequent flyer program, please provide your number when booking. Net Ctrip is not responsible if airlines fail to record your frequent flyer points. Retain copies of your tickets and boarding passes for your records.

15.Use of Personal Information

By making a booking, you agree to allow Net Ctrip to use your personal information, including sharing it with third parties, to facilitate your travel arrangements.

16.Online Bookings

Airfares and prices shown online are subject to availability and confirmation by our consultants. Full payment must be made within 72 hours of booking confirmation.
